Per NCAA Bylaw 15.5.6.4.2, Voluntary Withdrawal From the Institution During the Academic Year, I have voluntarily withdrawn from the University of Georgia. As such, by signing below, I fully understand that my athletics aid provided to me for the academic year by the University of Georgia Athletic Association will be cancelled for the remainder of the academic year.
