In order to work a camp at the University of Georgia all UGA employees who work camp must submit this application, consent to a background check and complete the camp training below.
BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT FORM
All camp staff are required to have a background check in order to work a sports camp. You can find the consent form at the link below. The first page will ask you which sports camp so select the camp you will be working. After that, please complete the background check consent form.
TRAINING
As of the Summer of 2017, the University of Georgia has enacted a Minors on Campus Policy pursuant to guidelines released by the University System of Georgia. This policy requires all camp staff members to be provided training in the following areas:

- Camp Staff Code of Conduct.
