Away Game Ticket Request – Football

    Re: Staff Comps for Away Football Games

    Please carefully read the following information for UGAAA staff complimentary tickets. By submitting a request, you agree to strictly adhere to these guidelines.

    1. Staff members will receive the same number of away comp tickets as you receive for home games. As a reminder, these comp tickets are for your personal use only and are not intended to be sold or issued to opposing team fans.
    2. Staff members will reserve away game tickets per this memo, and will pick up these tickets at the Georgia player family gate on game day. The Ticket Office will notify UGA staff with the game information the week of the game.
    3. Only the staff member (or spouse) requesting these comp tickets can pick up the tickets for away games.
    4. If you reserve tickets to be left at the player family gate, you are expected to pick up these tickets. Unless the Ticket Office is notified one week prior to the game that you are cancelling your ticket request, you could be asked to reimburse the Athletic Association if you do not pick up the tickets.

    ALL TICKETS MUST BE ORDERED AT THIS TIME. WE WILL NOT HOLD ANY TICKETS PAST JUNE 5.

As a reminder, student-athletes may receive medical treatment and attend academic appointments on a required day off. These activities do not count toward daily or weekly hour limits (CARA).

Reminder: Student-athletes may not receive payment from any source for his/her complimentary admissions and may not exchange or assign them for any item of value. Also, family members and friends who have been assigned tickets may not sell or exchange them either!

With the NFL season kicking off this week, remember that all sports wagering activities are prohibited for all student-athletes and UGA Athletics Staff. This includes fantasy football, survivor pools, etc.
