In accordance with NCAA rules and in order to adhere to our highest priority, protecting our student-athletes’ eligibility, UGAA will not honor requests for student-athletes’ autographs. NCAA bylaws prohibit the use of a student-athlete’s photograph and/or autograph on any commercial item (i.e. photographs, jerseys, balls, helmets, etc.) The sale of such items on internet auction sites (i.e. ebay) constitutes a violation of NCAA rules and has serious ramifications for our student-athletes. The job of the UGAA Compliance Office is to ensure that our student-athletes’ collegiate eligibility is not jeopardized. We ask your help in protecting our student-athletes.
