Countable athletically related activities (CARA) and required athletically related activities (RARA) are prohibited one calendar day per week during the playing season, and two days per week during the off-season.

SAs may receive outside training if: UGA staff members do not arrange or observe activities, the activities do not occur at UGA facilities, and the SA pays all fees associated with the activity. SAs may not receive arrangements or preferential rates not available to the public.
