What is the National Letter of Intent?
It is a document where you sign your name and declare you are committed to attend a particular college. There are LOTS of rules and regulations surrounding the National Letter of Intent. For example, the coaching staff cannot be present when you sign your letter, the school cannot publicly comment on your athletic abilities until you have signed the letter, etc. The website link above will take you to an excellent source of information.
