I have read and attest to the following rules associated with my employment as a Graduate Assistant. I further attest that I have reviewed the documents attached as links below.
Graduate assistants may NOT evaluate or contact prospective student-athletes off-campus, regardless of whether compensation is received for such activities.

A) FOOTBALL: GA may perform on-campus athletic evaluations, evaluations of prospect video, and on-campus recruiting activities for official and unofficial visits. Beginning September 1 of their Senior year, football GA's may make telephone calls to prospective student-athletes, their family members, and coaches. Must successfully complete the NCAA certification exam.

B) SWIMMING and DIVING: GA may perform on campus evaluations of prospect video and on-campus recruiting activities for official and unofficial visits. No other activities involving athletic evaluations and/or selection of prospective student-athletes is permissible. Beginning July 1 after their junior year or opening day of senior year classes, whichever is earlier, swimming and diving GA's may make telephone calls to prospective student-athletes, their family members, and coaches.

May not publicly comment on prospective student-athletes, coaches, high schools, club teams, or recruiting services. "Publicity" includes social media.

May NOT text, email, direct message, or send any other form of electronic communication to prospective student-athletes or their family members prior to September 1 of the prospect's junior year.
